“The location was the best, however it was very, VERY difficult to get there. We had to park in an underground parking lot many blocks away and roll our luggage over busy cobblestone streets to arrive at this hotel. As a very, VERY senior traveller I would have appreciated a heads up. Everything we needed in the hotel was fine and getting around the pedestrian only historical sights in the main old town was easy and best of all it had a very tiny elevator.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Le camere sono in parte ristrutturate, ma la struttura è ancora vecchia e alcuni elementi sono di scarsa igiene, come la moquette per terra e le doppie tende pesanti. Purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato tante formiche in camera. Inoltre in mancanza di sapone nella doccia abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poterlo riempire durante la nostra assenza ma non è stato fatto.”

“位置靠近河边比较好找，停车位少要停到附近的公共停车场。房间大小一般，早餐无水果和肉。步行到老城中心的几个大教堂都很近，也就10分钟。没有特别的好、坏之处。”

“Room felt small and cramped. On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good. We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)”

“The room was clean and comfortable, although basic. Close to all attractions. Shared kettle, hairdryer and iron , left at the end of your landing. No tea, coffee, or milk supplied. No lift, so no good for a disable person. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but plenty of places to eat within walking distance and close by.”
