From the moment I arrived at the Riu Dublin, the service was exceptional. The staff at the hotel entrance welcomed me warmly, guided me to where I needed to go, and kindly helped me with my luggage. At the front desk, Korinna was wonderful friendly, patient, and always willing to explain everything with a smile. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the maintenance team. My rental car stopped working (didn't know how properly work) and even though helping me was not part of their responsibilities, several team members came over and patiently did everything they could to help me get the car into the parking area. Their kindness meant so much to me. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition. Whenever I saw them in the hallways, they always greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth. From the day I arrived until the day I left, every member of the team was attentive, kind, and willing to help. Their genuine warmth made my experience truly special. Words cannot fully express my gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—and especially its extraordinary staff—100%.
