The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation. The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?! Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap instant hot chocolate (not that I would drink but no instant coffee either). The location is good. So, don’t expect the Hilton quality or service and you would probably be happier… think Marriott Courtyard or 2\~3 star hotel…"

"Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
