It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. "Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
