The room was dated and 80’s vibe but when we pulled back the curtain and stepped out on our lanai on the ground floor we knew that Kauai’s ocean, reef and beauty would be ours for 2 beautiful days. At last minute we had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating and did not make us change room locations. "Location and property grounds are great. Standard king room, bathroom small, only one person at a time, with single sink, and very poor lighting. No vanity area outside of bathroom or even an electrical outlet so one person could dry hair and do makeup while other uses shower.
Air conditioning units in room are very old and loud. We had to change rooms after the first night because it kept us awake. Reported next morning & no one checked til late afternoon, told us bearing broken, so they...
