The staff were very kind and friendly and told us about all the activities they have on premises - which we enjoyed a lot. We had a delicious dinner at their restaurant - every dish was top-notch. Our whole experience had a very premium, luxurious feel from start to finish - a must-stay if walking the QCT!”

“The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. Originally opting for Sisu around the corner, we felt we should dine at the restaurant given we were staying as guests and that we could support this local establishment. We waited 1 hour and 15……

“In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. ”
