Paw Paw's Place (31), formerly part of Ruidoso Skies B&B, is a beautifully renovated cabin ideally located near Midtown and the Ruidoso River. A quick 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk takes you to Midtown’s restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, and more!



It’s the upper-level unit of a duplex-style cabin, with a separate private unit directly below. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

This sunlit kitchenette comes fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and cooking equipment you need to settle in comfortably. The carefully crafted design of this home offers a generous living space. The dining area accommodates 2 guests.



The primary living space is equipped with a high-definition TV, complete with a Roku entertainment system for unrestricted access to your preferred streaming platforms, bathed in daylight streaming through expansive windows. Paw Paw's Place is set up for self check-in. Check-in is at 3pm MST and check-in details will be sent around 11am MST the day of your stay!



We love furry friends and pets are allowed. We do have an additional fee $50 that is used for deep cleaning after each stay with pets. If the pet fee hasn’t been added to your reservation yet, we’ll send a request for payment.



We recommend keeping your pet on a leash when outside the cabin, as wildlife is in the area and we ask guests to help clean after pet waste. Thank you!



SMOKING:



Guests, please note *no smoking allowed inside home or close to entryways* violating this rule will result in immediate removal with no refund and a $350 cleaning fee.



Please note: Paw Paw’s Place is the upper-level unit of a duplex-style cabin. There is a separate, private unit located directly below. We kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone!



There is a hot tub available; however, please note that it is shared between two cabins—Cabin 31: Paw Paw’s and Cabin 32: Blue Jay’s Nest.
