Cabin was in a neighborhood close to town and was very clean. Check-in was easy. Communication with owner was quick. Covers (hiding worn spots) on living room furniture slip & fall around you as you sit on them, requiring you to continually re-position them. We reported unsecure handrails to owner and he responded quickly, indicating he would get them fixed. We would stay in the cabin again.

The house is very comfortably furnished and designed. We felt very "at home". Even down to the silverware in the drawers and the old Betty Crocker cookbook on display, the detail is perfect. It was also very clean. As this sits a little "out of the way" one would think it difficult to find but there are several different routes to it. We made it a game to find/use every one each time we left and returned to the property. And the owner of the property is friendly as well so it tied this property up pretty nicely. Will recommend to anyone who's headed to Ruidoso!
