"I had an issue with an accidental leak from the room above but it was resolved quickly by Front Desk, Maintenance and Management as I was moved to another room as they worked on the issue. I then forgot to pack an item from my new room and didn't realize it until I got home a few states away. I called to have the item recovered by Housekeeping and it was put away by the Front Desk Clerk for my daughter to pick up for me. Management and Staff showed true professionalism and class, for which I am very thankful. "
"I always like staying here when I either fly out of MKE or go to the brewers games. Hotel is always a great price and rooms are clean. Cant ask for much more. "
"Last night was our first time staying here and we’ve stayed at several different hotels in Milwaukee over the years and I can say we will definitely be back here! Everyone working was so friendly, helpful and seemed like they genuinely enjoy their job which is hard to find these days. The room was spacious 2 queen beds and pullout couch and also had a full size fridge and dishwasher which would be nice if your staying for an extended period . Thr kids also loved the pool it was clean and water temp was perfect (Luke warm) . Also the continental breakfast was very good and had a good selection of foods. "
