"I have never seen an air b & b provide coffee for guests before. It was honestly a nice touch that I found nice. As well as propane for the grills, plenty of dishes/utensils/cooking equipment. Also, we loved that the host provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner as well! We are already talking about coming back! Fit our family of 5 comfortably Thank you!!!! "

"LOVED this cabin! I don’t think we have ever stayed in a more cozy cabin! Incredibly clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed. (And we really appreciated the shovel left when we unexpectedly got six inches of snow during our spring break trip)! The fireplace was our favorite along with the smart tv so we could snuggle in and watch YouTubeTV when it snowed. The hot tub looked great, but with the weather we didn’t get to enjoy it even though we wanted to. The bed was very comfy, the mattress and bedding were perfect! We also appreciated the darkening curtains! We travel a lot and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The proximity to New River Gorge was ideal! (Definitely try the Secret Society Sandwich Shop if you’re in town!) The host’s communication and our pre-arrival messages were very helpful! Thank you so much for making our mountain vacation very special! If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here (and may come back, just for the cabin!)"

"This cabin was fantastic!!! The property is absolutely beautiful. It has a pond with a canoe, campfire spot, peaceful stream with hammock, and even horses (although we didn’t see them on this trip). The cabin is very rustic but modern with top of the line kitchen appliances, hot-tub, and washer/dryer. Everything was clean. There is wood available for the campfire or wood burning stove. The hot tub on the deck was a favorite. The stars at night were incredible! Having coffee on the deck overlooking the pond in the morning was great! The host was responsive and kind. There were no problems with check in or out. The location is ideally located between Babcock State Park (15 min) and the New River Gorge Bridge (40 min). We absolutely will be back!"

"The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. The room was mostly fine, bed was comfortable. But they really need to replace the carpets. It smelled really musty, and the room in general smelled old and stale. Also, bathtub fixtures need replacing - the bathtub faucet handle cover came off in my hand, and the caulk repair looked like it was glopped on by a blind monkey. They put a lot of lipstick on the pig, but it's obvious that the hotel is old and inadequately renovated. "

"The dirtiest motel I have seen ever. There was holes in the walls. The carpet was 20 year-old filthy nasty rag. The bed smelt bad. The air conditioner was broken and halfway out of the wall. The shower was filthy. Missing tile toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, place was extremely dirty."
