It's a one-of-a kind home featuring vaulted ceilings and 2 separate living areas with the Sun Porch being temperature controlled, feels like being outside from the comfort of home. Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home. Dish television and DVD player, available as well as free access to fiber internet . Lots of books to read, some movies and games available for time spent inside.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.

Wedding

We had 3 couples staying for a friends wesding in Petit Jean State Park. The views were beautiful, the sunroom was awesome to hang out in to watch the hummingbirds. They had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed hanging out at night. We hikes many trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back nature trip

Edge House is a home tucked inside of wooded hillside overlooking beautiful river and close to Petit Jean State Park. Enjoyed driving the area and walking and exploring the fun trails and seeing the wildlife up close. Love the convenience of a home away from home.

Cousins’ Retreat

Very nice house and very clean. We were pleased with how well stocked the house was with Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for dishes. We loved the fact there were heated blankets on every bed. We also were impressed about the number of blankets available to cover up while in the living room or sunroom. There is a beautiful view in the amazing sunroom. We spent all of our time in that room. We would stay here again!

Great house close to Petit Jean State Park. The sunroom was our favorite place to sit and watch the hummingbirds. Shelia called twice before our arrival to share information and answer any questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a really good stay. The sun room was perfect when the weather wasn’t good enough to be outside and the hummingbirds stayed busy on the feeders so they were nice to watch also. Everything was great about this house!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Edge House. It has all the comforts of home. The views of the surrounding area, hummingbirds, and deer were beautiful to see. We enjoyed the close proximity to Petit Jean State Park to do all the hikes and park programs. The sunset Kayak tour was one of our favorites. We met some really nice people at the Honey Farm, Outpost and Coffee Shop. We highly recommend staying here and checking out all the things to do in the area.

This place felt great the moment we arrived. Clean with all the amenities we required. The view out of the sunroom is amazing, or you get the same view from the outdoor patio table. Numerous hummingbirds kept us entertained. Great communication from the owner. We'll definitely plan to return.

House is exactly as pictured. Location is great and very close to Petit Jean entrance. The views are stunning with beautiful sunrises. Shelia was a wonderful host. My kids were begging to stay.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The views were awesome and the close proximity to Petit Jean was very convenient. Very private. The home was nice with everything that you would need. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fun on the mountain

This was my first start at this property and it did not disappoint. The view of the river is amazing in the morning and it’s so close to the state park that is my favorite in Arkansas. I’ll definitely be back with my family.
