“Very limited supplies for cooking but there was a full size fridge and full size microwave. The mattress was very worn so that my sleep was disrupted but it was conveniently located to everything I needed, the staff was helpful and the cost was efficient for my needs.”

“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

“Our room was dirty and in poor repair. There was still garbage in the garbage can, kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky, a sticky, dark stain on the carpet and said carpet had not been vacuumed. Cabinets in the bathroom were damaged. Looked like a dog chewed the corners.
Breakfast was just about cleaned out when we got there at about 8a on a weekday. There was only one worker available to refill things and some things weren’t able to be refilled at all, ie milk, salt & pepper, fresh……
