Relax by yourself or bring the whole family to this peaceful beach house less than a 5-minute walk to Jenness Beach. Enjoy the sun during the day and spend your evenings in the large private back yard. There are 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards onsite for your convenience! There are also 2 portable single sized, fold down mattress cots onsite that can be used for additional guests if needed. Visit the many restaurants in the area or grab coffee, lunch or surfing gear just down the street.

Relaxing get away
This house was a very relaxing way to see Rye. The space was comfortable and gave our 1 year space to crawl around and play. The kitchen was great and gave us the ability to cook our own fresh NH seafood.

Perfect Beach House
This house was just perfect for our family of 4. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach, the surf shop and Portsmouth. The house had everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. We especially appreciated the big backyard and all the cozy places for reading, playing games, and doing puzzles on rainy days.

Beautiful home and location
We stayed here a few weekends ago and absolutely loved this place. Each room was very cozy and included all the amenities we needed. It was such a great location to the ocean and local shops/restaurants. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Perfect Location
This cottage was adorable and so clean. Perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of seating options, a nice yard and you can see the ocean from outside the house. Steve was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. A nice gem!
