“The studio apartment is cute and located on a decent part of town. Clean and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 1 child. Our only complaints were the bed is very uncomfortable and the neighbors upstairs stomping around all ours of the night. A few stetchy people hanging around the outside of our building but overall Ryan was great and attentive. ”

“The property is very comfortable and clean. It's actually nicer than what the photos show. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/shower very nice. The kitchen is nicely equipped for a short stay. I would stay here again.”

“It was a nice place, with alot of potential. Very nice location. The bed was clean, but the floors were not swept or mopped. There was trash left in the bathroom and a dirty towel. Kitchen was sprayed with a cleaner but not wiped. Some of the outside seating was unsafe especially the (high) chair up on the 2nd floor deck. The stairs, some of the boards were loose and all were very slippery when they were wet. Suggest anti slip for stairs. We still enjoyed our stay. Thank you and God bless.”
