“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“Staff was helpful and accommodating. Suite needed updating and fixing some tiling and general maintenance. Also paid for a river view room and got a room on the second floor which was too low to see anything except for buildings along the river. ”
