Beautiful rooms and stay! The staff were phenomenal especially the receptionists. Very attentive to detail and polite! We had a wonderful stay here for Christmas and definitely would come back again!

Staff very courteous and breakfast was quite good. Amenities (bathroom): should be refilled when empty or nearly empty (hand soap, vanity fair, tissues). Main comment would be on the smell of food in the hotel, especially during breakfast time. Our room was on the 4th floor and the smell was arriving until our room, in the elevator.. and we ended up with clothes smelling food very strongly.

Absolutely perfect in every sense! The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make you stay an exceptional experience! Breakfast was amazing! I will tip my hat to the staff for finding an alternative means to getting us to the train station with three large suitcases and carrying on bags,as the main road where the electric shuttles ran were closed due to the scheduled marathon event.

Wonderful stay in Zermatt

We stayed here before taking the Glacier express. The hotel has a wonderful location in the middle of town. Service was incredible, the room was very comfortable, everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be staying there again.

Best Stay Ever!!!!! Zermatt is full of hotel choices so you can’t go wrong:). The Hotel Monte Rosa is right in the middle of the valley, historic, beautiful and elegant. The breakfast is delicious, the bathrooms modern, bed super comfy and the staff is Brilliant. If you need a spa, the walk is quick and facilities are excellent.
