“The flat was in absolute ruins - mouldy doors, peeling walls and cockroach. It had a large steel gate outside which someone could technically attach a lock from the outside which was unsafe. The building smelled like urine. Would not cook there given cockroach in the kitchen. Only perk was location and washing machine”

“Our stay was specifically to accompany our mom for hospital surgery, which is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. Many thoughtful amenities were provided, including good Wi-Fi and a large TV, and we especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect.”

“It is a BnB not a hotel. Have to contact agent on what’s app to get code and let yourself in, washing machine was in the middle of kitchen not connected. kitchen was not the cleanest. 6 dinning room chairs, 5 where broken. Bathroom seat broken lots of mould. Door locked behind us and needed code to get back in but got locked out for 20 minutes. We booked the room for the use of the pool but the pool was closed. Very disappointing. ”
