It's a decent property, and the free wifi actually works. There's a mini fridge in the room and a microwave in the 1st floor snack room. No free breakfast, but there's a restaurant on the premises. Parking is $10/day so be prepared. You will hear trains, but Marriott's provides foam earplugs. Staff was helpful.

Hotel met our needs as a place to stay while our home was fumigated. We stayed for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful and able to accommodate requests like extra towels and early check in. Room was not to my personal cleaning standards. There were red stains on the toilet and some of the towels we were given also had stains on them. Swimming pool was a solid amenity but had to remind front desk to put out pool towels. Overall a solid place to stay in Sacramento - its no resort but great for our needs and a good place to stay if on business.
