I arrived 15 minutes before 3PM, hoping to get an early check in, but no one was at the front desk and I had to wait with 3-4 other families outside in the heat. Their lobby first hand was dilapidated, and I asked if they were renovating and the front desk agent said "No, it's just like that," and proceeds to yell at the repair guy who supposedly was supposed to be working at the moment. Although rooms were on the clean side, their TV is a little outdated without HDMI capabilities, and there was no cable TV menu option so I had to resort to flipping the channel one by one like how we used to do it in the 90s. No ceiling lighting, instead there was a dim wall bulb near the door, but the bed frame was illuminated which was a plus. AC was working properly, but if you don't like white noise then you might find it unpleasant. Overall, the place could be a little more pleasing, and the staff could be more professional but that's because I'm comparing it to other hotels I am used to. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra to avoid little the inconveniences someplace else next time.
