Staff were great and attentive. Only stayed to shower and sleep but the facility was clean and secure. After an underwhelming stay in SFO this was heaven. The shower was great, the room was spacious and had a TV, Microwave, AC and fridge. I appreciated this so much.

There are several homeless in their vehicles in the parking lot. The room has mold in the bathroom. The door looks like it's been kicked in. It looks like there's been a fight on the room. The ceiling in the bathroom has a leak so it is sagging. The cabinets are beat up. There were dirty socks and rag on the counter. The bed, you can feel every spring.

Ice machine didn’t work only 1 soda vending machine worked with no water option. Elevator didn’t work and other guests screaming and yelling all night and management didn’t do anything. Room was not as clean as it could have been especially the bathroom.
