“Wir haben eine ganze Woche dort verbracht und sind insgesamt zufrieden mit Preis Leistung es gibt aber ein ganz großes ABER eigentlich hatten wir das Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht, jedoch kamen wir an und das Zimmer hat stark nach Urin gerochen und es gab Schimmel an der Lüftung, daher sind wir sofort an die Rezeption gegangen und uns wurde direkt geholfen. Leider gehen wir davon aus, dass das Problem bekannt ist, das Zimmer jedoch weiter vermietet wird. Als Upgrade haben wir einen Bungalow……

“Fantastic stay at the Chateau de Theoule! I spent four nights at the hotel with a friend and we had a lovely time. The staff are all exceptional, the room was beautiful and the decor throughout the hotel property is gorgeous and unique. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping).
