“Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen (2 Familien) und hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Villa bietet enorm viel Platz und ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig. Die Küche ist perfekt und komplett ausgestattet (z.B. riesiger Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Nespresso Maschine, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, etc.). Der Kühlschrank produziert sogar selbstständig Eis, so dass man keine Eiswürfel machen/kaufen……

“Wir (drei Erwachsene) haben im Oktober unseren schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus hat ein sehr großes Grundstück und einen großen Pool und liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Pernes-les-Fontaines. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten) im Zentrum der Stadt, wo man Alles findet, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Emmanuel ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch gute Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Das Haus ist auch für Familien mit jüngeren……

“La Ferme de Sublon sind sehr nette, unkomplizierte und herzliche Gastgeber. Die direkte Lage an der Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: Da wir uns hauptsächlich mit dem Fahrrad fortbewegen, war die Lage für uns sogar sehr vorteilhaft. Ein Bäcker ist in 5 Minuten Reichweite mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Was in der Beschreibung bzw. bei den Fotos fehlt, ist der wunderbare Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung unter der Linde. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner. Den Pool hatten wir ganz für……

“What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed.
The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. The jacuzzi was not working for our visit, sadly, but the indoor pool was a bonus. There was plenty to do in the house if the weather was bad, and lots of exploring to be done. It's a 25……

“The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided. It was very comfortable and suited our family very well.
The outside space was great, including the pool and the hot tub.
Tiphaine was very helpful when we arrived and Benoit (property manager) was accommodating especially when the pool needed cleaning.
The view from the terrace and the pool was fantastic and I shall certainly miss it!!
Only one slight problem was the air conditioning wasn't working in the bedrooms but……
