“We booked this 8 months in advance and was counting down the day's to get informed at check in the infinity pool is not working, we had no hot water at Queen of Sheba Hut and electricity problems too. Really disappointed. ”

“It is a good hotel,my forth time,but the check in is hard ,I had waited for more than 3 hours to wait for a room.”

“the room had bugs and cobweb, the bathroom was not cleaned and prep for our arrival. it appears that there was construction done to the room prior to our arrival and no one clean up after they were done. there was no food and water on the property we had to walked downhill for i mile and hike back up the hill with water for drinking. the food that was served on the first night was staled and awful. therefore, we checkout early.”
