“Beautifully decorated, very Victorian. Rather like staying in a museum. Mattress was comfortable. Very clean. Front desk check in was lovely. Those were the good bits. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the room was horrifically noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off halfway through the night and open the windows instead. To get any kind of breeze, we also had to open the blinds, which meant that the bright exterior lights that stayed in all night lit our room up like……

“Everything was as expected. Us personally, the pillows didn't work out too well, but they may be fine for others, so not really a gripe against the hotel because I feel that's a personal preference kind of thing . The morning breakfast was fantastic. A great variety of food to eat, which was nice. Very clean and orderly. No real complaints.”
