“The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. “Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……
