"I emailed concerning if there was a place to plug in my car bc the dates we traveled weather was -33. No one replied. We showed up to check in at 3:45 & was prompting told it was not ready and to come back - absolutely NO apology. We drove 12 hours btw to get there and we’re exhausted. 10/10 Excellent

"This was a great hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. They have dinning and an ice cream social. There was a great library room. A movie room with a movie about the northern lights. A room with a pool table and even a glass viewing room if the northern lights are visible to see. Id highly recommend this hotel, you cant go wrong."
