“They were rude at check-in.There were cockroaches all over the room.\nNo towels no nothing nasty bed sheets had to ask for towels and they was dirty i went to the store and bought my own very poor place to stay”

“Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.”

“Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep”

“Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tv went out was reported and they were there in less than 2 minutes to fix. Very clean .”

“I only stayed a few hours but my stay was very nice. I was so comfortable and at ease I actually felt rested enough to finish a long drive relatively comfortably. ”

“This place is awesome. It has so much character. The staff were incredible. The inn is absolutely beautiful. My sister, nieces and myself love Eden at the apothecary store. ”

“The hottub was excellent. The hotel itself is loud. The town of Poteau is a college town in a sea of fast food. However, it does have the historical distinction of being location to Bonnie & Clydes last heist. If you have to stay? This is the place. For food, Willy's Warehouse Steakhouse a few blocks down.”

“Overall was okay. Bed too high and chair has a lot of stains. ”

“Ice machine didn’t work except on 2nd floor. Side door wouldn’t lock. Plug ins did not work by the beds. No quiet hours, pool door left open and people in the pool until well past 1 am. People yelling in the hallways at 2 am. If you want sleep and friendly staff I would look elsewhere. ”
