Also the private garage is a perk compared to other units since the complex doesn't like wet wetsuits in the elevator. ”

Cold.. that was they only problem...the property doesn't have a heater...but Alex...who was great, brought us a small heater...which helped "a little". The house was great but the weather sucked.. windy and cold. Would love to stay again...in the summer!🌮🍹🦞😎☮”
