The room gave to me telephone out of order , also tv problems after 2 days stays they changed me with new rooms ..New room phone works property but TV have problems with internet ...

Great location and sea view but the room needs two chairs and a table in the balcony.

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful. Everything has been handled professionally, and the staff truly make you feel genuinely cared for. What stood out the most was the incredible kindness and humanity of the staff. A special thank you to Zaza from the night shift, who went above and beyond for us. My younger brother got badly sunburned and started feeling unwell, and Zaza immediately helped us with so much care and urgency. He quickly brought ice, gave us a spray for sunburn relief, and made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness, calmness, and willingness to help meant more than words can express. He turned a stressful moment into one where we felt safe and supported. I also want to extend a special thank you to the manager, who I met before checking out. She was immensely kind, warm, and professional, and it was clear that the high standard of care at this hotel starts from the top. ♥️ It’s rare to experience hospitality with this level of compassion and sincerity. Thank you for such an amazing stay. We will remember this place not only for its comfort and quality, but for the people who made it feel like home. We will definitely be back. It’s also in the middle of the center, so it’s close to everything. Definitely recommend to stay here. ♥️
