"very bad smell throughout the entire floor hallway and the rooms smelled disgusting… The staff was very friendly, and when I reported the smell, they attempted to help recognized. It was horrible, but put a little spray which you did hardly anything at all and only for a couple of minutes."

"Breakfast was excellent. Must try to recreate ricotta and onion breakfast item, it was spectacular. Giuseppe at reception when we checked in also went above and beyond. Loved his warm welcome. The room was lovely, didn't hear much noise from the street, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend others stay here."

"Very nice location with a beautiful garden, but not enough storage space for 2 travellers with 2 suitcases. Very narrow spiral staircase does not allow suitcases to be carried up to the 1st floor. the only one cabinet was full with warmer bedding. Space in kitchen also very limited.WLAN not working on ground flooer.All in all rather fancy looking but not very practical."

"This hotel is beautiful. I hope to return for a longer stay. It’s a beautiful old piazza, fully renovated with modern accessories in a very elegant way. Breakfast was great, pool beautiful, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free. Sadly, I didn’t get to visit the spa but nearby Ragusa Ibla was fantastic. This hotel is 10/10."
