Inn of the Conchos was a decent, pleasant motel that served perfectly well for a couple of nights sleeping and a day of working! Personnel was very friendly and great! I'd recommend this as a suitable alternative to chain motels, no complaints!

Staff at front desk were very friendly my room was on the back side of the building while driving around there was a man living out of his truck in the parking lot and obviously some drug related activities going on After opening the door to my room I was instantly hit with the smell of smoke the floors were dirty the walls stained rips and cigarette stains in the bedding the top door lock was broken off and there was signs of black mold in the bathroom

First of all the receptionist that greeted me as soon as I walked in was friendly, she offered outstanding customer service. I did not like that there is no breakfast on Sundays they definitely should have someone cover that person's day off, especially if you don't know there would be no breakfast, and it specifically states on-line there will breakfast, that was the reason we booked the stay, BREAKFAST. The rooms need updating, more pillows on a king size bed, better shower curtains and shower heads The bed was comfy. Parking area is scary, there is a bar in same parking lot I was scared my car would get hit. Almost feels like an apartment complex. States no pets on line but saw dog in one room and a cat In another. You get what you pay for.

The first room was dirty. Had to be moved twice. Room was hot. There were bugs in the bathroom and all over the room. The only good thing was the friendly desk clerks at check in. Will not stay here again.

Scary

There were no locks on my room door so I used a table and chair. There are homeless people camping underneath the outside stairs. My ice chest was robbed of Gatorade, water and a couple of Budweisers. There were multiple roaches when I opened my room door. The flooring in my room was peeling up and missing sections. It was so scary I slept with my wallet under my pillow and my knife in my hand.

I had to be moved three times because the TVs did not work one room, head, paint, cans, somebody’s work shoes, and a bunch of other stuff like somebody was staying in the room prior to me going in there. It’s not very clean in the rooms. They are remodeling. They need to make sure they don’t put guests in the room. It’s not ready.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms were so smelly. They smell like the comforters have never been washed. Smelled so bad had to go stay at a different hotel.
