The man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Refused to let me get into the room. Refused to cancel the reservation on his end because I was unable to buy the room due to the $100 deposit that I did not have. I had to sleep in my car last night because of this.

They advertised free breakfast , but there was no breakfast, on asking they answered that in renovations they ran out of funds so they are not able to afford the Breakfast , Again asked them why don’t they make changes on Expedia booking websites, they answered they already have asked Expedia to the free breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The room on the other hand was terrible. There was feces in the toilet, the room smelled terrible and the location did not feel safe at all. Too many transients in the area. The was no water due to a water leak. Had it not have been for a family emergency, we would have had to stay in this. Thank goodness for small miracles. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We booked a king size, downstairs, non-smoking. We were given a king size downstairs, very run down smoking room. We opened the door and closed it back and requested to be changed to a non smoking room. We were given an upstairs, double bed non-Smoking room. With a toilet that did not flush very good and the hint of the smell of smoke. The pool is out of commission, so if you are looking for a place with a pool, this isn’t it. It had more rig workers staying there, cooking outside their rooms and drinking and blasting music a majority of the night. It is not very family friendly at all. I would t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The hotel is very outdated and basic. Room was manageable however the sheets had stains. Ink to be more specific. The bathtub/shower had severe cracks and poor water pressure. The AC is cold though. Worked well and the people at the front desk were nice enough.

Good enough for a restful night

It is a good place for an overnight stay. Staff is friendly and they provided quick service for check-in. It is an older style hotel, but fornthe price we were able to rest and it felt safe.
