San Carlos Condominium Resorts to Rent

"Rooms and property was very clean and spacious, the room we stayed at had the windows next to the hallway in the center of the buildings and was quite loud, there was a guest playing loud music in next to our window I had to go take care of it myself, security was not around, check out was fast"

"This place has everything you need, it's private and quiet, will definitely stay here again but more days. Thanks for everything"

"Everything was good clean room"

"The property's cleaning was horrible. Far away from the beach. It didn't have what they do describe in the advertisement. I was totally disappointed with the rent of this place. Unfortunately i didn't have that option to cancel because i was running out of time, to look for something else. The Owner of the property was very kind over the phone, i never meet him in person. It's looks to me ,that he wasn't aware of the condition of the property. "

"The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. My 9 year old son was locked in for 2 hours. The only concern the property owner had was if his door was damaged. He did not refund my deposit back. I left the house cleaner than before we arrived. The washer didn’t work. The oven doesn’t work. The listing is not what ut seems"

"The location of the condo was amazing! We had a view of the beach and right next to the pool. The condo was very clean; we had an amazing time staying there."

"Property manager prompt to inquiries, issues resolved immediately."
