“Siempre que voy me llevo una satisfacción de haberme quedado ahí, ya es tradición que vamos una vez a año en familia o amigos , lo recomiendo bastante, la atención y el lugar están al 10 de 10”

“Todo bien excepto el elevador que no tiene aire acondicionado.”

“The property's cleaning was horrible. Far away from the beach. It didn't have what they do describe in the advertisement. I was totally disappointed with the rent of this place. Unfortunately i didn't have that option to cancel because i was running out of time, to look for something else. The Owner of the property was very kind over the phone, i never meet him in person. It's looks to me ,that he wasn't aware of the condition of the property. ”

“The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. My 9 year old son was locked in for 2 hours. The only concern the property owner had was if his door was damaged. He did not refund my deposit back. I left the house cleaner than before we arrived. The washer didn’t work. The oven doesn’t work. The listing is not what ut seems”

“Property manager prompt to inquiries, issues resolved immediately.”

“Villa Kuka was beautiful! Just as the pictures show. Very clean and ample space. The pool was amazing! The beds and pillows were comfortable, each room had its own a/c which worked really well. There was one small issue which the host responded and fixed right away. Definitely will be booking again!”
