San Cristobal Island Vacations from $598

The property is very nice. Our room was #11. It was an inexpensive option, but the toilet leaked from the bathroom into the main room. Only one nightstand was provided. The window near the air conditioner had a cardboard cover and the cold water faucet did not have water. We advised the staff the next morning. The cardboard was removed, we were told that there is only one water faucet and the leak was not addressed or if they attempted to fix it, it didn’t work. It’s a nice property but what was disappointing was the un-attentive staff. They either had no authority or could care less.

Room was nice, owner picked us up from the airport and was unable to drop us off so they paid for a taxi. Breakfast was good as well.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.
