Walking distance to everything.
The apartment was withing walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and souvenir shops. We were able to easily drive into downtown San Diego for other activities that we were interested in. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was not any air conditioning. We are from a colder climate and found that part uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in CA. This will likely be the last time we will spend a vacation with just our little family as our kiddo's are growing up and moving out.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location!
We had the pleasure of staying in this cute little apartment for over a month. It was super clean and very well appointed. It was such a perfect location…quiet neighborhood and a super quick walk to the beach. Also a nice touch to have boogie boards and chairs available for use. We already booked for next year! This place is really a gem and great find!

Place was great. The quick walk to Pacific beach was awesome and made the value of the condo amazing! Comfortable beds and couches. Met our needs for kitchen, bedding, beach supplies (towels, chairs, boogie boards).

Clean and well furnished house one block apart from the beach and less than 10 minutes walking from bars and restaurants. I had a car so it was very easy to move around from there.

Great location, cute apartment
The location is great, and the apartment is well suited to a family with kids. The third "bed" in the living room (couch that converts to a less-than-full-size bed) is not a great option for an adult, but works in a pinch. Very sunny. We would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Get-Away!
We have stayed at this property multiple times, each time it's been perfect! Management is always responsive and accommodating. Can't beat the location, just a few steps to the beach and Pacific Beach restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Everything about this property was exactly what we hoped for. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, and bars. My family and I had a great time here. I have a large truck which was a tight fit for this area but Megan called me when I arrived and helped me figure out the parking situation. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we loved that we could walk to the beach. Our only complaint about the apartment itself is that the pillows were so flat we couldn’t sleep comfortably and we had to buy new pillows to get us by. I saw someone else complained about the toilet paper, and I also agree that the quality could be much better. I loved that there was a fence around the property, even if the gate wasn’t closed, it still gave us privacy. There is a large homeless population in the area and the fence gave us some separation.

Not worth it
Bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom. Single ply toilet paper. No roll for the tp-just sits on top of the potty. No beach chairs. Furniture is uncomfortable. No air conditioning. Upon arrival old furniture on porch-including a lamp. No shampoo/conditioner. Floors uneven-trip hazard. My garage got blocked in by other cars-couldn’t get out to do what I wanted. Stuck. Had to cancel plans. Close to everything. Responsive property managers. They gave me free wine.

Perfect location
It was a wonderful location as I was taking my daughter to college at UCSD for her freshman year. We could have stayed at a number of 'regular' hotel properties but found this to be a perfect location. The short walk to the beach was perfect, the accessibility to nice restaurants also perfect. The apartment was very clean and while simple also nicely appointed. I think of it as a bungalow type of retreat in a perfect location with easy walking to restaurants. The only real issue was the parking which was very challenging, the garage is small and on street parking could be a bit difficult. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again and hope to!

Quiet and steps away from the beach
We rented this place based on cost and location-both are fantastic! Not even a block east of ocean access, you can hear the waves and smell the ocean on the breeze. The property was very clean and welcoming, the bed is extremely comfortable, plenty of hangers in the closets, lots of beach towels and regular towels... Also easy to get to La Jolla, downtown, anywhere! It really was perfect! We ended up booking at the last minute and had zero problems getting info from the property manager in time. This is definitely staying on our list of places to rebook!!!

The best part of this apartment is the location. The beach is a minute away and all the PB bars/restaurants are within walking distance. La Jolla is a short drive away too! The place was older but pretty clean and was perfect for our 1 month stay. Loved it!

Nice little place, ideal location
This is a nice little2-bedroom apartment that is an easy walk to the beach, located north of Crystal Pier. It is a bit closer to Mission Blvd than the boardwalk, so some street noise could be an issue depending on time of day and year. Just download a white noise app on your phone and you're good to go. Megan was excellent and brought over some trial sized soap/shampoo since the big bottles had been removed due to COVID. She also was kind enough to make restaurant recommendations when I asked. The apartment is older and a bit creaky,but has everything we needed and fit our family of 4 well for a beach vacay. Kids had their own twin beds. It was closer to head back to the condo for bathroom breaks at the beach than it would have been to walk to the beach bathroom, which was very convenient! Good wifi, felt safe. Quieter than main PB. We wod happily return.
