Location is great, our apartment was set in the back off the street witch was great so it wasn't as loud the bar next door makes unbelievable noise till late and windows shake. They do state that but oh... man crazy.
No warning that the entire unit and customer experience was virtual. No warning the building we in-between 2 bars. Music pounded until 2am. Poor phone support. Homeless person at front door. hallway smelled of urine. Warning sign in room of $250 fine for smoking and my towels smelled like smoke. I stayed one night and left

Location
Great location! Convenient walkable to everything.
The property was in an ideal location in Gaslamp to be walkable to most of the activities for a conference I was attending. The apartment came stocked with all the amenities that you could need. The only downside to the property was that it’s over a couple of night clubs which tend to dump all of their trash/bottles out around 2AM every morning which is quite loud. Otherwise we had a great stay, and I realize this isn’t exactly something the property managers can control!

Nice clean suite.
The suite was very clean and well stocked for our 7 day stay. The Gas Lamp Quarter is a bustling area with active night life. Although the room was great for us, the location was not the best choice for my wife and I. The presence of the homeless people was noticeable, but not overwhelming. This location is good if bars and nightlife are your thing.
The entry way to the hotel is only a door between two restaurant/bars; initially a little hard to locate and scary. A speak-easy bar is located in the basement floor which was intriguing, we didn't explore much further than peaking in the door when the elevator allowed access to the B floor. The TV uses ChromeCast to stream from cell phones. No cable or satellite TV. We used our laptop and HDMI cable to stream our movies and shows. Come prepared. The room has an HDMI cable. highly suggest bringing a USB or USB-c to HDMI adapter and laptop to connect to the flatscreen TV for in room entertainment.
Several CVS and 7-Eleven stores nearby for essentials. Within walking distance of Seaport Village, the Embarcadero, Little Italy, Old Town. $2.50 on the bus can get you pretty much anywhere in the San Diego area, including Zoo, beaches and airport. From the airport, take the 992 MTS bus to 5th street and Broadway. No need for a taxi or Uber.
