The home is centrally located in Belmont, 20 min to SFO, Palo Alto, and Half Moon Bay. 30-35 minutes to SF depending on traffic. Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, bar/breakfast counter, and a wine fridge. Kitchen and Family Room are contiguous creating a central “great room” to hang out. Formal Dining, Living, and Laundry Room. Private secluded backyard patio area with BBQ, patio furniture, and plenty of shade and greenery. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1) This is a no-shoes home. Please take off shoes when entering the home.

2) No smoking anywhere on the premises, no pets, no parties, no drugs, and no loud noises after 10pm. Local law enforcement will and have been called by the neighbors for excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm to 7am).

3) Do not tamper with the exterior video cameras. No interior cameras. Full 360 exterior cameras are on 24/7 for your safety.

Note that $2000+ deposit/fees are withheld/charged for any infraction of the house rules, especially those that impact our neighbors or if local law enforcement are called.
