“The stay at Julio's house was very pleasant. The house was clean and very high-class, the beds and rooms were also very spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. The host gave local suggestions, provided every information/phone numbers a tourist would want or need about the island and everything there is to do here. He helped and was just very easy-going, he made the stay even more pleasing. We felt very comfortable and would definitely want to repeat our stay.

“The apartment was in poor condition. Ants, outlet covers broken, lock in the back door weak, the linen stained, no soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, the cabinetry in disrepair, no toilet seat, stained grout, the stove with rusty grates, pillows with mildew
The apartment owner, who was not the person coordinating the rental, it was a third floor walk up with no elevator, and not the rental pictured. She was rude and disrespectful.
During the night, there was a horrible fight in the street……
