“Hotel e receptivo maravilhosos. O Atendimento de toda equipe foi fantástica com destaque para a Andrea e Andrés.
Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso.
Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência.
O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos.……

“Overall the hotel is under construction and all the other reviews are accurate. Once you pay the staff doesn’t really care about your staff. You pay for the location not the quality of the hotel. We asked to change sheets before check out since we decided to extend our stay and the staff forgot and initial didn’t want to change them since we returned to the hotel around 6pm. I complained about being a regular tourist that leaves reviews since I booked with hotels.com and within 10 mins came to……

“La experiencia en esta propiedad fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno estuvo fresco y con buenas opciones, y la alberca se disfrutaba bastante, estaba limpia y bien mantenida. En general, es un lugar agradable para descansar y lo recomendaría.”
