Second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first time. Excellent, safe, clean and luxurious. There is a nice little food court with food trucks nearby that was perfect for dinner!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and kind. The hotel has a great location accessible to many of the tours and things to do at La Fortuna. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Property doesnt offer much more than just a pool and 1 restaurant. No other activities or shows. No area for kids to play. No night time activities.
Property sits further away from all the restaurants and shops, so you would need to get an uber every time.

Pools and location were awesome. Food was edible but not a ton of choices and not awesome. Have to be out of the pools by 8pm, even thou they were heated. Nightly entertainment wasn’t popping, but there is a casino on same property.

Clean room!!! Cleaning staff made sure to clean all areas without touching our personal items. Great security. FYI I Didn’t really like the Mountain View of the hotel. Walking distance to downtown area and beach. Also store/liquor store next to hotel.
