Da Zio Pino fit the bill. I took a walk up the the Centro Storico (about 45-50 minutes walking), but enjoyed my dinner nearby the hotel, which is close to the sea and a few dining areas. The real seller was that Jose, the proprietor, picked me up AND dropped me off at the train station. I had zero expectations of...

"The room was great only downsude the internet wasn't working. The old city is charming and will keep you fit. Free parking is available in the square below not sure how you would go in summer. There are stairs to both the property and the unit not great for peope with heavy luggage. Nice resurant 20 m from the front door."

"The booking and check in process were easy. Our host, Antonio, met us at the apartment even though we were delayed for several hours. The location is in Baia del Carpino, with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean. Because we stayed off-season, some shops and restaurants in the area were closed, but everything you need is just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay."
