I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Nice pool areas but the spa wasnt staffed. Overall the staff was rather indifferent. Breakfast isnt served until 8 am, which is fine if you're there as the destination. Carpet was dirty but the AC worked great. Bathroom was tiny.
