“all was good. good breakfast items and i thought they were good. only thing was in the one room there was only one wash cloth. i mentioned it to the gal at the desk and she was going to tell housekeeping. with two double beds at least there should be two wash clothes in the bathroom.”

“We loved our stay at The Loft at Lost Acres! The loft is beautifully decorated , clean, and had everything we needed. There are lots of windows for light, gentle breezes, and beautiful views. Very easy check in/check out. The location was very convenient to downtown and places to hike. Would highly recommend! ”

“This home was absolutely fantastic and perfect for our family trip to see our daughter graduate from Mt. Holyoke. The home was 35 minutes away from the college and 10 minutes from the town of Westfield …… game on TV. It was absolutely lovely. The communication with the property owner was great. He answered our questions quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The check-in process was easy and all instructions were clear. Jonathan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The place was cute, clean, and perfect for what I needed (a place to stay during my medical school rotation). As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy.”
