"Schimmel in der Waschmaschine, Schimmel am Kühlschrank. Kein Topf in der Küche zu benutzen. Dreck in jeder Ecke, in jedem Schrank. 5 mal mit Novasol telefoniert. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Hilfe. Vielen Dank. Nie wieder!!!"
