“Super spacious room and very clean! I loved having the rainfall shower and a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, wonderful amenities like the gym and pool, and excellent and friendly front desk service, free valet or self parking, complimentary waters etc, and a wonderful location close to old town and next to the food hall!”

“Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.”

“Would not recommend to stay here! Hotel is old and dated. Upon check in asked for a room in a quiet area, front staff said no problem and stuck me next to the highway side, loud cars all night, in addition dogs start barking around 10pm and go all night, call front desk and they said they already sent someone up, they go up again and still barks, and started again early morning. Horrible night sleep, discussed with front desk and they said they are pet friendly hotel. I say so this impacts……

“Great location for 25 and 40 access”

“The first room I checked into had the bathtub faucet tour completely out. They got us another room. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough……

“Wunderschönes, gut erhaltenes kleines Hotel in direkter (fußläufig erreichbarer) Umgebung der Old Town von ABQ. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, großzügige Unterkunft mit allem, was es braucht. Wir waren eine Nacht vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer New Mexico-Feeling sucht und nicht in einem klassisch-langweiligen Hotel übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. ”
