"The property looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It is in a shady neighborhood with scary people walking around. The locks on the door do not look secure. The carpet is gross and I saw a roach in the downstairs bathroom. We had an employee walk in without knocking on both days we were there. "

"We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. The indoor pool was a lot of fun, especially for the kids, and it was a great way to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing and very much appreciated—it made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean, and all of the staff members we interacted with were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness really made a positive difference in our experience. The only small issue we noticed was that the walls near the hallway seemed a bit thin, and we could hear people walking by at times. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."

"Loved the room and the vibe of the hotel. TV didn’t work because someone had stolen the HDMI cable from satellite hook up. They offered to move us but we elected to stay. Very clean room and was surprisingly quiet considering it was an outside door."
