  • Recently renovated bathroom. We rotate artwork. Some furnishings have been upgraded since these pictures. This 2 bedroom 1910 cottage is newly renovated and wonderfully decorated. Just a short walk to State St. with a talking score of 91 and biking score of 97. Central AC for the warm times and a fireplace for the cool times. HD TV in each bedroom and living room, wonderful decor, comfortable beds and upscale linens, and furnishings, Off-street parking spot which is a luxury for downtown SB. High speed Wifi, gas fireplace, central AC and heat, private patio, private fenced back yard with outdoor dining, gas Weber grill, 2 bikes, and much more....
