The house is big and roomy with tons of outdoor space. The pool area was amazing and we spent hours out there swimming and hanging out. The house is tucked away in the Santa Barbara hills and has a lot of privacy while also being only a 10-15 min Uber ride away from downtown and only 5 min drive from the nearest grocery store. All and all loved our stay. One thing to note, the property only has one small dishwasher and the kitchens in general were small compared to the property, so cooking large meals can be difficult. The communal setting, well kept grounds, beautiful views, pool and spa were excellent amenities for our water friendly family. The property manager, Michelle, and owner, Eddie, provided excellent customer service. The 4 separate villas allow for privacy and feels like you’re staying at a resort. Michelle was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner.
