"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. "This is a beautiful property and building. Gisella is a kind and amazing host and the food is some of the best we have had in our travels. Our stay here was so restful and it is a wonderful way to recharge. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone needing to unwind and recharge a bit. "Stay was great, relatively relaxing and plenty of space inside the room. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and do activities outside during the day, I would highly recommend. Other than a small pool, there is really nothing to do. I guess my only concern was it was a bit hard to locate as it didn’t have huge signs like other hotels nearby. "
