“If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Friendly staff immediately took our luggage and transported us by golf cart to the lobby, where four fresh fruit drinks were waiting for us. I was introduced to my concierge,……

“I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer……

“The house is absolutely unique, and beautifully situated with a river running through the back garden, making sleep filled with wonderful water noises. The house is artistically decorated, with a lot of unique pieces, and it is fully equipped with anything you need. To note, that for access you need a four-wheel-drive. ”

“When you arrive they have wifi available to call staff/Michael who will check you in, staff is not onsite. It's a quiet private area, I recommend going to the free breakfast 6:30am-9:00am it's walking distance to Zen Zauro and you can request room service, I had room service everyday for the 6 days/5 nights we were there, had clean towels and clean sheets and cleaned bathroom and floors. ”

The rooms are an absolute dream – spotlessly clean and boasting a sleek, modern design. Having a private kitchen was such a treat. And the river views! Waking up to that gorgeous vista every morning was simply breathtaking. Speaking of delights, the gourmet five-course dinners were an absolute revelation.……
